1. We shall demonstrate in our behavior and language respect and appreciation for the unique value and human potential of each child.

2.We shall demonstrate our respect and concern for children, families, colleagues, and others with whom we work, honoring their beliefs, values, customs, languages, and culture.

3.To be familiar with the knowledge base of early childhood care and education and to stay informed through continuing education and training.

In my opinion children are the most important individuals in our community as i said before they are the future, so i believe that we should always shows them the respect and love and not ignore their personalities just because they are children on the contrary one would be amazed how much you can learn from them. we as educator must always be informed off current research, articles , resources and issues that effect childhood.
